Head of Advisor Digital Solutions - Models, Portfolios and Practice Management

We’re building the next generation of digital advisor solutions—a connected suite spanning Model Portfolios, portfolio construction tools & analytics, and practice management solutions designed first for financial advisors (and extended to sales, service/ops, and specialist partners). This leader will set the vision and roadmap for an advisor-centric product family that helps advisors act faster, deliver better portfolio outcomes, and run stronger practices—translating modern investment capabilities into intuitive workflows, decisioning, and client-ready insights. You’ll combine deep wealth/asset-management fluency with modern platform product leadership—leveraging data, experimentation, and emerging AI capabilities to create more personalized, integrated experiences that drive deeper engagement and measurable cash-flow growth. In this role you will:

  • Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew. Provide guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Set performance standards, review performance, and make informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Lead digital product management teams for a strategic digital product or product group. Set new digital product strategy and adjust strategies for program or digital product group.
  • Lead, influence, or directly supervise cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant changes to the client experience. Ensure business outcomes are linked to business case drivers.
  • Create and maintain best practices and learnings, providing coaching to digital product teams on current strategy. Oversee product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong business support from team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drive connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
    Lead the planning or is directly responsible for the development and implementation of new large, complex, multi-stakeholder products. Define and analyze markets, develop detailed product features and requirements, and develop implementation plans.
  • Create, maintain, and employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
  • Lead and influence ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle—from initial planning through execution—in support of organizational goals and product vision.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
  • Define product features and functionality, working cross-functionally throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Develop product documentation and equip sales and marketing teams with relevant technical and functional product knowledge.
  • Use ongoing market and customer feedback to assess product performance and determine future product direction.

What it takes:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in digital product management, with 5 years in leading large-scale, cross-functional teams on enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Good to have skills in product lifecycle management, market research, digital strategy, customer experience optimization, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, Google Analytics, and Tableau is beneficial.
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, and Pragmatic Product Management.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution, with excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
