What success looks like in this role:

Ensures successful execution of client-facing company projects and services, meeting client expectations and business objectives. Oversees project planning, resource allocation and service delivery. Manages risks and resolves issues, engaging cross-functionally and with clients to ensure effective communication and alignment. Provides financial oversight and budget management, controlling costs and maximizing project profitability.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Independently leads small to mid-size delivery management projects.
• Creates and maintains project plans, coordinating resources and identifying /

managing risks.
• Manages project costs, ensuring resource effectiveness and efficiency.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing issues and en

during services are delivered in line with expectations and business require

ments.
• Works with cross-functional teams to ensure the right skills are available as

and when needed to meet project needs.
• Oversees / monitors project team performance, providing feedback and ensur

ing team members have the information and tools required for effective ser

vice delivery.
• May act as a subject matter expert for certain product areas.
• Ensures service quality meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Addresses and resolves issues arising within teams, with clients or otherwise

related to project delivery.
• Identifies and recommends ways to optimize delivery processes for better effi

ciency and outcomes.
• Manages the performance of any 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors in

order to ensure the implementation of deliverables.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen

  • Airport experience will be an ideal for this role.

  • Strong service Delivery, Governance, SLA/KPI reporting, financial management experience is required for this role.
