Job Overview
This role leads the development and execution of partner product strategies to drive revenue growth through third-party solution commercialization. It manages a team focused on customer engagement, sales enablement, and strategic partner collaboration to deliver digital marketplace solutions. The role differentiates by integrating cross-functional efforts across product, sales, marketing, and engineering to align solutions with business objectives. Success is measured by the adoption of partner solutions, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction with implemented offerings. The work enhances organizational competitiveness and supports business customers by delivering innovative, customer-driven digital solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team to increase customer engagement and revenue through effective partner product management
  • Own and execute the partner product solutions strategy to align with business needs and market demands
  • Engage directly with business customers to support solution discovery, adoption, and successful implementation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine digital marketplace strategies and maintain competitive advantage
  • Drive sales enablement initiatives to equip sales teams with tools and knowledge for partner solution positioning
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree STEM or PM area of study is strongly preferred. (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years - Experience in solutions engineering, product development, operations, or IT supporting systems and tools.
  • - Experience supporting third-party solutions.
  • - Experience launching services or products.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Technology Solutions Proficiency in solving technical requirements for customers or sales teams. (Required)
  • Communication Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal skills. (Required)
  • Applications Proficiency with business application software. (Required)
  • Strategic Thinking Ability to provide strategic direction to senior leaders and peers. (Required)
  • Technical Presentations Ability to create and deliver technical presentations. (Required)
  • Technical Acumen: Subject Matter Expertise in at least ONE wireless area of focus (Managed Network Products, Communications Products, Technology, or SE&I Support Programs) (Required)

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)

  • At least 18 years of age

Base Pay Range: $131,200 - $236,700

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
