Toast is driven by building the all-in-one restaurant platform that helps restaurants operate their business, increase sales, engage guests, and keep employees happy. Working as part of a product oriented delivery team, focused on our Fintech products, this role is accountable for supporting and optimising our GTM and financial systems connecting with our Fintech products, ensuring efficient operations, and aligning processes that positively impact customers and meet requirements for financial policies and compliance (e.g., SOX).

You love working with a variety of different roles and skill sets and operate as a critical point of stability and knowledge for your domain.

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

• Deeply understand the business use cases and processes in the fintech domain
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze details while identifying the impact of each area
• Liaise between business and technical teams to translate requirements
• Identify and quantify areas for improvement by understanding operational challenges and aligned business objectives 
• Lead functional testing efforts individually and coordinating with stakeholders for UAT
• Maintain production prioritization and ongoing improvements list
• Working with teams to resolve incidents and provide ongoing support
• Own functional documentation representing the requirements for each area, working with the Product Manager
• Work with the Product Manager to support various SOX requirements, evidence, and audit support

 

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• Understanding of technical environments
• Salesforce CRM, ERP applications, middleware tools, data relationships
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Snowflake, SQL)
• Experience in diagramming user flows (Lucidchart, Miro, Figma)
• Experience in leading UAT and coordinating with Stakeholders
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role
