About the Role

Responsible for Banca F2F Sales in East Coast Region, i.e. Single Premium and Regular Premium marketing to partner banks. To coach and support the sales staff as well as branch network.

As a Bancassurance Sales, Specialist at AIA, you will have a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives. You will be part of our marketing, distribution & partnership team, playing a vital role in advancing our movement.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, partners, and other individuals involved in the business.
  • Delivering purpose-led brand positioning and messaging to promote AIA's products and services.
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of sales strategies.
  • Applying top-notch sales strategies and tools to effectively compete in the market.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
