Why we need you
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our talent acquisition efforts across the Asia Pacific region. You will drive the seamless orchestration of the hiring process—partnering with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers—to ensure an efficient and positive experience at every step. Your efforts will directly enable Oliver Wyman to attract and secure top talent, fueling our growth and success in the region.
What we will count on you to do
- Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, including LinkedIn, to ensure visibility and attract strong candidates
- Support application screening and shortlisting to identify promising talent promptly
- Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews by managing calendars, booking rooms, communicating with candidates, and briefing interviewers
- Collect and track interview feedback and facilitate calibration processes to maintain hiring quality
- Administer offer and onboarding processes by preparing documentation, liaising with support teams, and ensuring smooth candidate transitions
- Manage the Workday applicant tracking system, including requisition creation and application processing
- Maintain accurate recruiting databases and generate reports for up-to-date talent insights and analysis
- Support graduate recruitment events
- Assist with researching and sourcing candidate profiles as needed
- Administer Oliver Wyman’s regional referral program to encourage internal talent recommendations
- Provide flexible administrative support and contribute to special projects to enhance recruiting operations
What you’ll need to have
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or related administrative roles, preferably within professional services or technology sectors
- Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and Outlook calendar management
- Familiarity with recruiting and data management platforms, including Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Tableau is an advantage
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment
