The Team
Join a rapidly expanding team that is playing a key role in driving the future of our e-commerce business. Over the past year, we’ve seen tremendous growth through key online marketplaces and are building a strong foundation to further scale. As part of our team, you will help optimise and refine the core elements of our e-commerce offering, driving sustained sales and enhancing the customer experience.
The Role
In this role, you’ll take ownership of category management for our online channels, focusing on executing and refining the fundamentals that drive success. From optimising and executing pricing strategies to managing promotions and improving the shopability of our product range, you’ll ensure we deliver a seamless, customer-centric experience across our online presence.
• Optimise Pricing & Promotions: Take charge of pricing strategies and promotional calendars to ensure competitiveness and profitability across online platforms.
• Enhance Shopability: Focus on improving the online shopping experience by ensuring the product range is well-curated to our customer needs, and that the digital store is easy to navigate for customers.
• Monitor Performance: Use data to analyse sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to inform category decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
• Execute Category Plans: Implement category strategies that align with business objectives, driving consistent and profitable growth and ensuring product offerings are tailored for online success.
• Enterprise Education & Advocacy: Act as a key advocate for e-commerce within the organisation, educating internal stakeholders on the unique challenges and opportunities of online channels and ensuring alignment across the business.

• Proven Expertise: A strong track record in retail buying or category. You have demonstrated success in developing and managing high-performing categories (experience with e-commerce or online marketplaces is highly advantageous).
• Customer-Centric Mindset: You excel at translating customer insights into strategies that drive business growth and enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Strategic Vision & Innovation: You’re forward-thinking and proactive in spotting market trends, anticipating customer preferences, and driving innovation to stay ahead of the competition.
• Strong Negotiation & Influencing Skills: Your ability to build and maintain impactful relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers is key to driving success.
• Financial Acumen: You understand how to manage budgets, product offerings, and track sales performance to deliver profitability while keeping the customer front of mind.
