  • Highly exacting with a strong focus on data entry, consistency, and willingness to pursue difficult to find information.
  • Passion for bringing process and structure to support data-driven decisions.
  • Help build, program, and deploy surveys of Zelis existing and potential customers.
  • Support the development of standardized reports for brand health, NPS, and other critical benchmarks.
  • Assist in the creation of concise visualizations and reporting for multiple types of survey results. 
  • Identifying key success factors and best practices in the industry.
  • Healthcare industry experience a plus but not required.
  • 2-5 years’ working knowledge of competitive intelligence (CI) and CI tools such as Klue, salesforce, or a similar vendor.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Qualtrics.
  • 2+ years’ experience working for a U.S. healthcare company either with insurance or providers. 
  • 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail—accurate data gathering, insightful analysis, ability to manage logistics and tactical details with flawless execution.
  • EDUCATION:

    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
