Summary:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and enhance overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software development activities with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and analytics within Workday environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software components tailored to business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application configuration and performance.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
