• Job Description/Responsibilities

• Responsibility for day-to-day good warehousing  practices implementation and documentation maintenance
• Open and review of manufacturing investigations and CAPA implementation
• Responsibility for revision and maintenance of standard operative procedures
• Responsibility for GMP and business documentation and archive
• Participation in the activities related to the life cycle of warehousing equipment and facilities (calibration, preventive, periodic and initial qualification/validation and corrective maintenance)
• Technical direction, development, and training of the employees
• Continuous improvement and optimization of the activities related to the warehousing procedures (inbound and outbound stock processing, manufacturing replenishment, return deliveries and stock inventory counts)
• Implementation and improvement of environmental protection measures, safety at work and fire protection in accordance with the regulations and by-laws

• Qualifications:

• University degree or 300 ECTS in life science –  (Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related)
• Working experience in GMP regulated Bio/Pharmaceutical industry, preferable in Quality or Manufacturing, is an advantage
• Proficiency in Croatian and English language
• Competency in:
  • MS Office applications
  • Experience in: eQMS, PDOCS, SAP WM and MM, SAP ATTP is an advantage
