The Field Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives, meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals through the ownership of the team. The individual in this role is ultimately accountable for individual and team productivity and serves as a leader within the sales organization.

Salaries are based on a 40-hour workweek, and paid on a bi-weekly payroll schedule.
Pay range: $ 150, 000 - $ 180,000, total compensation depending on experience and skill set
