Senior AI/ML Engineer (Overall 7+ years of professional experience)

Role Description

We are in search of a seasoned AI/ML Engineer with a robust background in Python coding and a profound understanding of machine learning, prompt engineering, and cloud-based solutions. The perfect fit for this role would be someone who has previously developed models, fine-tuned performance, amalgamated with pre-existing systems, and transitioned data science models into production. Applicants who have prior experience in devising solution architectures will be given preferential consideration.

In the role of a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will be instrumental in the creation and implementation of state-of-the-art generative AI and machine learning technologies. Your duties will encompass the following:

• Architect and implement AI and ML models using Python, with an emphasis on precision, efficiency, and scalability.
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering & Optimization Techniques.
• Work in tandem with AI/Ml Engineers, Data Scientists and Software Engineers to conceptualize and construct data pipelines, preprocessing utilities, and feature engineering systems.
• Make use of cloud platforms, notably Azure, for the deployment and scaling of AI and ML models.
• Integrate AI and ML models seamlessly into existing software frameworks and infrastructure.
• Refine and optimize models to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Familiarity with Agent Frameworks & Libraries.
• Stay abreast of the latest breakthroughs in AI and ML technologies and frameworks.
• Engage effectively with diverse teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical strategies.
• Mentor and offer technical guidance to less experienced team members.

Core/Must have skills

BS, B-TECH or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems Engineering or Mathematics

5+ years of experience in Python programming for AI/ML development

Strong experience in Python programming for AI/ML development

Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, techniques, and frameworks

Familiarity with large language models, such as GPT or BERT, for advanced natural language processing tasks

Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms, including machine learning services and tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to have skills

Proficiency in prompt engineering for machine learning models

Familiarity with Databricks or Azure or AWS for scalable data processing and analytics

Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker, for efficient deployment and management of AI/ML solutions
