We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our growth marketing team in Warsaw to drive increased activation and improved customer experience for CMC globally.
Responsibilities
- Deliver experiments end-to-end, from ideation to analysis, with velocity and quality to move core business metrics
- Get to know the CMC’s customers to understand key points in the customer journey and uncover insights that will drive activation and engagement
- Plan, shape, and build new capabilities to create a more engaging and personalized experience for our customers
- Work at all levels of the stack from AWS + Node + SQL to React + HTML + CSS
- Streamline and automate marketing tasks
Qualifications
- Experience working with marketing technology stack
- Working knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs and Hotjar
- Analytics skills with experience setting up full-funnel conversion events tracking and dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Indicative, m-particle
- Comfortable using Web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern UI framework like React
- Experience with configuration and deployment of Email/SMS Marketing Campaigns and implementing Data Driven Decisioning Workflows
- Data & experimentation: You have Growth Engineering experience
- You are comfortable iteratively testing product flows using A/B testing to understand customer behaviour and make data-informed decisions
- Thoughtful problem-solving: For you, problem-solving starts with a clear and accurate understanding of the context
- You can decompose tricky problems and work towards a clean solution, by yourself or with teammates
