We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Customer Service Representative/Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in providing exceptional service. In order to Be qualified for this job you must have prior experience working as a receptionist/customer service representative at a veterinary hospital or animal care facility for at least 1 year.
About our clinic: Broadway Veterinary Care is a full-service small animal hospital, offering the gold standard in medical and surgical care. We believe healthy pets make happy people, and we strive to provide high-quality veterinary care for cats and dogs in the area. Our diagnostic equipment includes an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and ultrasound. Most importantly, we have phenomenal, experienced support staff who are crucial to the success of patient and client care. Our doctors perform a variety of routine and advanced soft tissue surgeries and dentistry. All our patients undergoing anesthesia have pre-op lab work and receive an IV catheter, IV fluids, and are carefully monitored and recovered by our skilled surgical technicians.

Location: Hewlett, NY is along the South Shore on the West side of Long Island. Responsibilities:
The Client Service Representative is much more than just a receptionist. Our CSRs provide the first impression of the hospital to clients and patients. They must be warm, friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and capable of handling many tasks at once with many interruptions. This role requires an individual with knowledge of the veterinary world, critical thinking, and schedule maintenance. Individuals with a friendly and outgoing demeanor is necessary.
