Job Description​

Monitor, track, and post media coverage for BJC Health System as well as develop and edit materials including media lists, coverage reports, and media recaps for employees and leadership.

• Facilitate media interviews and provide support on-site, when needed.

• Track national health stories and trends and brainstorm ways to localize with BJC Health System experts.

• Support team during crisis communications and issues management situations including on-site staffing.

• Support strategic messaging and storytelling through patient stories – coordinating consents, interviews, and support.

• Participate in On-Call rotation within the team to support after-hours and weekend media and staff needs where appropriate. 

Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant experience required.
