About the Role

Take lead to set company standard & guideline of safety & security for office environment & emergency procedure, deliver effective facilities management strategy to ensure branch’s working atmosphere in good status.

Guideline & Policy review (10%)
⚫ Company guideline, standard, procedure compile & review
Safety & Security (30%)
⚫ Cooperate with governmental security requirement and task i.e. implement emergency procedure
⚫ Insurance policy management
Facilities & Asset management (40%)
⚫ Drive facilities strategy to achieve effective management.
⚫ Drive branch asset management tool to achieve effective fixed asset management process
⚫ Drive branch outsourcing facilities
Transaction monitoring (20%)
⚫ Oversee BU safety & facilities management transaction to ensure compliance with company guideline & standards.
