Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para você iluminar o caminho como estagiário(a) em Melhoria Contínua, na fábrica da Signify em Varginha.

O foco desta posição é realizar atividades voltadas a implementação e manutenção das ferramentas do Lean Manufacturing na fábrica, prestando suporte à área fabril para resolução de problemas, treinamentos e manutenção das ferramentas de Melhoria Contínua.

Dentre as atividades você terá a oportunidade de:

• Desenvolver habilidades para a Resolução de problemas.
• Desenvolver habilidades de gestão de projetos de Melhoria Contínua com aplicação prática.
• Desenvolver hardskill em softwares como Lists, Power Automate, Power Bi voltados à melhoria de processos.
• Desenvolver conhecimento nas ferramentas de Melhoria Contínua e Cultura Lean Manufacturing.
• Desenvolver habilidade em treinamentos.
• Conectar com diversas áreas no ambiente fabril.

Sobre os requisitos

Para esta posição, você deve possuir as seguintes qualidades:

- Bom relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe.

- Organização e Disciplina.

- Uma forte ética de trabalho.

Formação:

• Cursando Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Engenharias (previsão de graduação a partir de Dezembro de 2027).

Requisitos:

• Disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente em Varginha – MG.
• Disponibilidade para estágio de no mínimo 1 ano.

Desejável:

• Pacote Microsoft Office Intermediário (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Power BI básico.
• Inglês básico.
