About the role: 

Bloomreach is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive efficiency through data, insight and creativity.  Our Sales Development team bridges the gap between sales and marketing by navigating complex organizations and filling our pipeline with qualified opportunities. We are responsible for opening the door to deals that ultimately drive millions of dollars of revenue for Bloomreach and our customers. We enjoy meeting and interacting with new people. The Sales Development Representative role at Bloomreach will be challenging and fulfilling. This is a great opportunity to learn the ropes of being an SDR while supporting the team's efficiency through contact + account data cleansing and enrichment initiatives.You will handle massive data sets, leverage advanced AI tooling and make insightful recommendations to drive pipeline for our teams.  Most importantly, the Sales Development Analyst role at Bloomreach is a launch pad for many other roles in Bloomreach, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Rev Operations. 

This is an Onsite role, where you will work in our Charlotte office up to 4 days a week with our Sales Development and Marketing teams.

Your job will be to:

  • Work with large data sets

    • Focus on Lead < MQL < Opportunity conversion metrics
    • Ensure contact data is always up to date and refreshed
    • Partner with SDR/ Marketing team to ensure our Ideal Customer Profile aligns with our TAM lists
    • Reveal intent signals for SDR success 
    • Support with account integrity programs in Salesforce.com to ensure efficient lead management
    • Collaborate with SDR Management and team leaders to drive campaign effectiveness and SDR success

Leverage the latest revenue technology:

Including Salesloft, Salesforce, Gong, Zoom Info, Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support productivity and data-driven decision making.

  • Identify and share best practices to WIN with the team

    • Develop and revise best practice of process 
    • Support your peers to win as a team

You have the following experience and qualities:

  • Required qualifications
    • Excel / Google Sheets experience is a MUST
    • Strong analytical mind 
    • Exceptional attention to detail 
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, always working with a sense of urgency
    • Willingness to work up to 4 days/week in our dynamic Charlotte office alongside your manager and teammates
  • Preferred qualifications (not required)
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent
    • 1+ years post-college experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role with a track record of exceeding goals
    • E-commerce and/or B2B SaaS industry experience
    • Proficiency with sales processes and tools
