[ Job Description ]

• Create effective up-to-date training materials to deliver the latest product information
• Create customized training contents and conduct training to business partners and the staffs either at optical stores or through digital channel.  
• Provide product training for internal customers - sales and customer care team.
• Manage to localize new products training materials aligned with features and advantages from global assets.
• Support to organize logistics for group training sessions or seminars.

[ Education ]
• Bachelor in optic science required; Master in optics preferred.
• Minimum 5 or more years‘ experience in optical industry
• 5 years of working as an optician or a dispense or training experience in Optical and Optometric
Dispensing for eyecare practitioner
• Preferred to have experience in educational content planning or e-learning platform operation

• Excellent verbal and written communication: good at translating technology details into simple terms,
good at elaborating ideas in sensible way
• Strong presentation skills to fit with diverse audience
• Logical thinking with high curiosity in principle & mechanism
• Positive & passionate to support others
• Influencing interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge and experience using in power point, excel, word;
• Able to communicate in English
• Acceptable for working condition: *70% of working hours on field including business trip to local cities
