Job Description:

Role: Executive, Transformation and FP&A

What you will do

The person will be responsible for supporting the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities within the finance department along with oversee initiative tollgate governance and transformation management process to ensure the on-time and on-track delivery of performance and health initiatives. This role involves analyzing business performance, preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting processes, and providing insights that will guide key business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

This role will work closely with all levels of management to analyze and synthesize KPIs, financial and project performance.

  • Support the business by offering financial insights, recommendations, and forecasts to aid in decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Develop, track, and report key financial and operational KPIs.

  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives

  • Support in executing and implementing PMO functions identified in transformation roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders across SEA

  • Work closely with various departments including sales, marketing, operations, and senior management to drive financial performance and business outcomes

  • As the lead champion of program management system (WAVE), lead initiatives hygiene management, including financial forecast/actuals, milestones and KPIs

  • Provide coaching and training sessions to Transformation stakeholders as necessary

  • Build strong connection between financial performance and Transformation

  • Supporting Initiative Owners as business partner to deliver their Transformation goals.  Provided monthly financial performance against each initiative to I/os and supporting to deliver their targets.

  • Conducting monthly review meeting with I/os to align their transformation target with country Growth strategy

  • Responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the support and Transformation related administration activities and process improvement

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Master’s degree in finance and above
  • Up to 4-5 years of experience with management consulting, professional service group or a similar project / program management background in a corporate environment will be highly regarded
  • Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Detail oriented and with ability to work under pressure, mentally resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
