CI/CD & Automation

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications
• Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes
• Improve pipeline reliability, performance, and security
• Standardize DevOps practices across teams

Infrastructure & Cloud

• Design and manage cloud using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Manage compute, storage, networking, and container platforms
• Optimize cost, performance, and scalability

Containerization & Orchestration

• Build and manage Docker-based containerized applications
• Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes / OpenShift
• Handle cluster upgrades, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting

Monitoring, Reliability & Operations

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and system resilience
• Perform root cause analysis and drive preventive actions
• Participate in on-call / production support as needed

Security & Compliance

• Implement DevSecOps practices (security scanning, secrets management, access controls)
• Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Enforce secure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure configurations

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with developers, QA, and system teams
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and guide best practices
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions
• Drive continuous improvement and automation culture

                                  

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills
• Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python, or similar)
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• Containerization: Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, etc.)
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system design
