Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager, (CIBINQO)
Reporting to Marketing Director, Specialty Care & Internal Medicine
This role is a unique opportunity to lead CIBINQO, Pfizer’s flagship brand in dermatology. You will drive brand growth and accelerate market adoption by developing and executing clear strategic and tactical plans. You will set priorities for investments and initiatives, collaborating with both local and global teams to support all aspects of the brand. Core Responsibilities:
Planning/Development: Lead the brand planning process & successful development & optimization of strategic and tactical plans to realize commercial objectives
Implementation: Champion the implementation of brand plans & collaboration on other commercial activities to realize brands’ business objectives. A key component of this role is ownership of projects and tactics which have impact across multiple Dermatology brands
Leadership: Lead the collaboration, communication and alignment of the cross functional team including medical, sales, access, communications, regulatory, supply chain management, corporate affairs, etc.
Monitoring and Control: Lead the development of appropriate KPIs across the functions, monitor performance and ensure appropriate actions are taken to address gaps
Budget Management: Own full responsibility and accountability of brand OPEX budget management
Team Effectiveness: Coaching of other cross functional team members where needed and fostering an environment of excellence in collaboration across the cross functional team
Internal Stakeholder Management: Lead collaboration, communication and alignment between internal stakeholders
External Stakeholder Management: Partner with external stakeholders such as KOLs and associations to represent the dermatology portfolio

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree in Science, Health Sciences or Business; Graduate studies in Management, is an asset
Experience in dermatology or Inflammation & Immunology space would be an asset
Experience with Patient Support Programs
Demonstrated strategic thinking, initiative, creativity, and strong analytical and leadership skills
Successful development and implementation of a business plan and programs/tools is an asset including technical marketing skills (needs, segmentation, SWOT analyses, creation of competitive strategies, risk assessment)
Experience in marketing with solid pharmaceutical experience an asset
Therapeutic area experience gained in product team environment
P&L management skills, along with solid decision-making skills, ability to work on multiple and often diverse areas and to prioritize effectively
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and lead without authority
Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate field-based colleagues (sales/field medical/provincial access managers)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers including Key Opinion Leaders and associations
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage suppliers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingualism (French and English): An advanced level of English, both spoken and written, is required to enable the individual to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners located elsewhere in Canada and internationally daily as part of their responsibilities.
Computer skills proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CoPilot)
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Five to ten years of pharmaceutical experience
Five years pharmaceutical marketing or related work is an asset
Ability to manage and thrive in change
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a complex Global matrix environment and lead without authority in a cross-functional team
Strong customer focus as demonstrated by a keen ability to identify customer insights and take appropriate action
Well-developed ability to work on multiple complex issues, determine which areas provide greatest value to the business and to prioritize accordingly
Strong budget and project management skills
Capable of Travel
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $92,100 to $179,000.
The salary range provided applies to Canada only and does not apply to any other locations outside of Canada.
Grade level will be determined upon hire and will be based on relevant and/or industry experience
