This is a seasoned professional role responsible for applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge to improve processes and workflows within the Banking, Credit and Investments platform. They ensure a seamless and differentiated experience in partnership with sales teams and integrate subject matter and industry expertise, requiring a thorough understanding of how different areas coordinate to achieve overall business objectives. The role demands strong analytical and communication skills, often involving informal leadership and coaching others. The comprehensive nature of the role requires that candidates possess a robust combination of technical financial knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving. Job Summary
This individual plays a pivotal role impacting the client experience. Oversees client onboarding & account opening, KYC process management, client relationship management and documentation oversight. This role requires internal collaboration partnering with sales teams, and liaising with internal partners (KYC, Account Opening and product partners) to fulfill client requests.
