DigitalOcean is expanding in Hyderabad, India. 

We are looking for a Product Leader that is passionate about technology with 12+ years of product development and delivery experience and a strong background in algorithms and high-performance distributed systems to help us unlock innovation by enabling the developer community to build and scale their application using simple cloud tools. 

As a Product Leader, at DigitalOcean, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing cloud computing. You will be responsible for designing innovative products that help millions of developers worldwide leverage the capabilities of AI and Cloud-based architecture to develop innovative solutions for their customers. With AI gaining further momentum, we believe that there is tremendous potential to disrupt the traditional cloud-based practices by focusing on helping developers build applications through simple to use cloud tools. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You will be designing new products and experiences that enable developers to build new innovative solutions leveraging cloud solutions that DO provides. 
  • Partner with start-ups in India to understand their needs and work with internal product stakeholders to deliver solutions for these start-ups. 
  • Build a long-term roadmap that delivers world-class cloud portability capabilities within DO infrastructure.
  • Define key Monitor key performance indicators for products verticals your support and use these KPIs to deliver customer delight. 

What You'll Add to DigitalOcean:

  • B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent experience, is required.
  • Bring 12+ years of software and product delivery experience, with a strong background in Cloud Technologies.

  • Strong Business acumen and experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product 
  • Experience having end-to-end ownership of requirements gathering, documentation, planning, and implementation of cost-effective solutions in their domain. 
  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally across multiple teams in operations, technology and planning to define strategic roadmaps while keeping the impact of the solution to all stakeholders in mind. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a requirement. Ability to communicate and provide strategic inputs to Senior Leadership.  
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
