Toyota Service Parts Operations (SPO) division is looking for highly motivated and qualified Logistics Trainees (LTs) for 2025.

The LT program is a 6–18-month on-the-job training program, designed specifically to develop high-performing team members into Operations Leaders.  We are looking for candidates who model Toyota's values and continually challenge existing systems to improve quality, efficiency and lead times to achieve breakthrough performance.

Experience, Exposure, Education

Under the guidance of a mentor team, the LT is provided experience, exposure, and education by being immersed into the daily operations of the fast-paced SPO supply chain network.  Hands-on experience provides the platform for daily application of fundamental Toyota Global Content and leadership skills, while providing business insight.

Toyota Global Content and Leadership Skills

The LT program includes core, standardized Global Content Training (e.g. Toyota Production System, Toyota Business Practices, Ji Kotei Kanketsu), in addition to foundational leadership education (e.g. Situational Leadership II).

  

Typical Career Path: 

Logistics Trainee> Operations Leader > Production Manager > Operations Manager

  • Baltimore Parts Distribution Center

Qualifications: 

A successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Liberal Arts with a GPA of 2.7 or above
  • Equivalent work experience in related field (3-year minimum)
  • High degree of written and verbal communication skills and proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to relocate (immediate and/or future)

The annual base salary range for this position is $55,500.00 - $90,200.00Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan
