Job Description:

Disney Experiences is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help define and deliver the next generation of connected guest experiences. This role is part of the Connected Perception, Products & Experiences organization and is responsible for identifying opportunities, shaping product strategy, and driving the development of shared capabilities that support Disney Parks, Resorts, Cruise Line, and emerging Experiences businesses.

Working at the intersection of technology, operations, and guest experience, this individual will partner with stakeholders across Disney to evaluate opportunities, validate concepts, and guide investments that enable more seamless interactions between guests and Disney experiences. Areas of focus may include connected devices, computer vision, artificial intelligence, sensing technologies, digital credentials, and other emerging capabilities that support innovative guest and operational experiences.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates strong technical acumen, and has a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful business and guest outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics for a portfolio of initiatives supporting connected guest experiences.

  • Identify opportunities to improve guest and operational experiences through shared platform capabilities and emerging technologies.

  • Lead discovery efforts, business case development, experimentation, pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate opportunities and reduce investment risk.

  • Partner with engineering, design, operations, privacy, security, legal, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.

  • Translate complex business, operational, and technical challenges into actionable product strategies and investment recommendations.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, computer vision, connected devices, sensing technologies, and digital platforms, to inform long-term product direction and investment decisions.

  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to identify opportunities where AI, computer vision, and other advanced technologies can improve guest experiences and operational outcomes.

  • Drive alignment across multiple organizations and stakeholder groups while influencing decisions without direct authority.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure product effectiveness, adoption, and business impact.

  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience leading complex technical products, platforms, or capabilities.

  • Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and success metrics.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Experience partnering closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct reporting relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with one or more of the following domains: artificial intelligence, computer vision, machine learning, connected devices, sensing technologies, digital credentials, location-based technologies, mobile platforms, or large-scale consumer technology ecosystems.

  • Experience leading experimentation, pilot programs, and field testing efforts.

  • Experience developing shared platform capabilities used across multiple products or business units.

  • Experience working within large-scale consumer-facing organizations.

  • Passion for creating innovative experiences that connect the physical and digital worlds.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
