Identify opportunities to improve guest and operational experiences through shared platform capabilities and emerging technologies.
Lead discovery efforts, business case development, experimentation, pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate opportunities and reduce investment risk.
Partner with engineering, design, operations, privacy, security, legal, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
Translate complex business, operational, and technical challenges into actionable product strategies and investment recommendations.
Evaluate emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, computer vision, connected devices, sensing technologies, and digital platforms, to inform long-term product direction and investment decisions.
Partner with engineering and data science teams to identify opportunities where AI, computer vision, and other advanced technologies can improve guest experiences and operational outcomes.
Drive alignment across multiple organizations and stakeholder groups while influencing decisions without direct authority.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure product effectiveness, adoption, and business impact.
Communicate product strategy, priorities, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience leading complex technical products, platforms, or capabilities.
Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and success metrics.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Experience partnering closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more of the following domains: artificial intelligence, computer vision, machine learning, connected devices, sensing technologies, digital credentials, location-based technologies, mobile platforms, or large-scale consumer technology ecosystems.
Experience leading experimentation, pilot programs, and field testing efforts.

Experience working within large-scale consumer-facing organizations.
Passion for creating innovative experiences that connect the physical and digital worlds.
Preferred Education
