二、任职资格

教育程度：中专及以上学历;

工作经验： 机械制造或加工行业、零件检验工作2年经验

专业技能要求：

熟悉机械制图的阅读，掌握公差与配合基础知识； 具备质量管理体系相关标准及检测专业知识； 具备公司产品及生产工艺技术方面的知识；

能力要求：

1、熟练使用通用检具及综合检具；

2、熟悉各类检具的日常维护保养；

3、会使用基本办公软件；

其他特殊要求：工作细致，求真务实，有较强的责任心；具有良好的团队合作精神。

*如有相关工作经验或者表现优异，或应届毕业生表现优异者，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽

四、主要岗位职责

．产品审核、过程审核检验 ）按过程审核、产品审核、全尺寸检测计划对产品或总成对应特性进行审核

2）根据审核计划、产品图纸、过程特性要求、JES表要求出具审核所需的检测报告。

）对审核过程中发现的不合格品报告给质量工程师 ）对发现的不合格品进行评审,判断是报废或者让步接收，并记录 ）对审核过程中发现的不符合工艺要求的行为，报告给质量工程师和小组领导，确定围堵和整改措施 ）依据Magma相关要求,了解MQS相关条款，并能监督各制造车间不合格品的隔离、标识

2．管理所使用的检具、监视测量设备

1）支持计量员维护保养监视测量设备；

2）对到期的量、检具按计划送计量室检定；

3）正确使用审核中的用到的量、检具；

4）掌握基本的检具维护和保养.

3.新项目过程/品检测

1）按新项目要求提供新项目所需的零件检测报告（如全尺寸检测报告）；

2）对有工艺变更的产品进行质量符合性确认；

4.  遵守与执行体系要求

1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求

2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作

3）员工应该：
 (a) 遵照该法令法规的规定工作；
 (b) 使用或佩戴公司要求的设备、防护装置或服装；
 (c) 向上级报告所知的可能会危及自己或其他工人的任何设备或防护装置的缺失或缺陷；
 (d)向上级报告任何违反该法令法规的地方，或任何他或她所知的危险。
