Job Description Summary

As Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible to support delivery of Large Complex HVDC projects through activities linked to monitoring and defining delivery strategy of Main Equipment. You will lead project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities with some autonomy but guided by established policies within project delivery organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manufacturing coordination of main equipment and defining delivery strategy. Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership

• Includes indirect people management responsibility. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.

• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

• Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

• This role requires advanced experience in the Project Management.

• B. Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed college with exemplary academic record
