Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client engagement activities and/or campaigns to promote insurance products according to the needs of clients of respective client proposition/segments
  • Collaborate with the various internal stakeholders in identifying the client proposition/segments and develop respective client journey
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for campaigns, ensure effectiveness and consistent brand messaging
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign responses and feedback
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, including engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, scheduling appointments, and organizing client events
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improving client engagement and campaign effectiveness

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, or related field in financial sectors. Knowledge of insurance industry and products is a definite advantage.
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using marketing automation software/CRM tools
