Location/Division Specific Information

Located in the vibrant city of Lagunilla, Heredia, Costa Rica, our Order to Cash Department is a hub for innovative financial management.

Join us to lead a dynamic Credit Controller team, improving cash flow and cutting losses, all while ensuring flawless credit exposure management for the NA Region!

A day in the Life:

• Coordinate daily functions of the Credit Controller team.
• Lead workload allocation and validate credit limits.
• Handle blocking issues and provide support in complex reconciliations.

• Proven leadership in financial management.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, finance, accounting, economy, mathematics, or equivalent experience.

Experience

• 5+ years in finance roles.
• Previous work in Shared Service Centers.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Expertise in financial statement analysis.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Work in a dynamic office environment with occasional remote work options. Must be able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
