Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

As a member of CoreLogic’s Business Development team, you will focus on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification within new and existing markets to identify and create opportunities for our inside sales team. You will act as a liaison between our Marketing and Sales departments and strategize, implement, and execute campaigns to reach business targets through phone, chat, email, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop prospect lists
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities within the market and our existing customer base via cold calls, live chat, and email
  • Present our company, emphasize product features, benefits and value propositions to potential customers
  • Identify customer need and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Create and transfer opportunities to Account Executives
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
  • Consistently update CRM with contact information, detail customer interactions, and clearly state next steps
  • Regularly attend product training to maintain product knowledge

Job Qualifications:

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • College degree in Business, Marketing preferred or an acceptable combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, and achieve sales quotas
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity, work ethic, and resourcefulness
  • Experience with customer relationship management software
