To provide a defined range of efficient and effective administrative services for Ireland Office Operations. To support the Office Operations Specialists in the delivery of services within our Dublin locations and provide client focused value-added service to the building and its customers.

• Experience in Financial Management – Invoice processing, accruals and purchase orders
• Customer Relationship Management
• Ad-hoc project support
• Strong presentation skills

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 

• 2+ Years experience within a multinational company – ideal
• Experience in Customer Services role
• Proficient in Microsoft Tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
