Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end. This involves analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and defining parts of an organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead process improvement initiatives within the business function. - Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and design. - Experience in organizational restructuring and optimization. - Knowledge of change management principles. - Good To Have Skills: Masters degree in Business Administration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics and a Masters degree in Business Administration is required.
