Job Summary
Responsible for the strategic vision and leading day-to-day operations for the NED CB Sales Compensation team. Leads the monthly calculation and payout process for Division teams, provides direction and oversight to regional compensation teams to ensure compensation plans are executed accurately and in line with compensation timelines. Conducts performance analysis and progress reviews. Prepare monthly reporting and analysis to outline performance of Division sales channels. Provides recommendations for system and business improvements to key business leaders. Leads and conducts special projects, typically involving financial analysis and research of business issues in order to provide management with financial data and business advice to support their strategic decision making.Job Description
