Intelligent Automation experience
Solid critical thinking skills
Operational knowledge of HR tools, processes, workflows
Understanding of HR or similar tools and technology to support, drive and leverage emerging technology trends.
Experience completing industry research and using the information to develop and recommend approach for WF businesses
