We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Intelligence (Datorama) Specialist to join our innovative Marketing Analytics team. This role can be based in one of our European offices: Copenhagen, Berlin, Milan, or London.

Job Overview

The Marketing Intelligence (Datorama) Specialist will play a critical role in leveraging the Datorama platform to enhance our marketing analytics capabilities. You will be responsible for the integration, analysis, and visualization of data to support our marketing strategies and drive informed decision-making across the organization.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Data Integration and Management
  • Integrate various data sources (CRM, web analytics, social media, advertising platforms) into Datorama
  • Implement and maintain data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes within Datorama

  • Dashboard Development and Visualization
  • Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Datorama
  • Visualize key marketing metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights
  • Customize dashboards to meet the needs of different stakeholders
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of dashboards and data processes

  • Analysis and Insights
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand business goals and translate them into data requirements
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing performance

  • Technical Expertise and Support
  • Serve as the Datorama subject-matter-expert within the organization
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data integration and visualization
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Datorama features and best practices
  • Maintain thorough documentation of processes, methodologies, and workflows

  • Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, and Sales
  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner
  • Train and support team members on the use of Datorama
  • Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure their data needs are met

Who you are:

  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data integration, and visualization
  • Proven experience with Datorama is essential

  • Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Datorama, including data modelling, ETL processes, and dashboard creation
  • Experience with other analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI)
  • Proficiency in SQL and other programming languages (e.g., Python) for data manipulation and analysis

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights
  • Comprehensive problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues

  • Communication and Collaboration
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
