The Cloud SP Sales Representative is a dynamic role within Acronis, reporting to the Cloud Sales Chat Project Manager or Team Leader. This position is pivotal in driving engagement and satisfaction of breadth partners and PayG partners throughout their lifecycle. 

 Key responsibilities include managing incoming chats, providing technical guidance, creating upsell opportunities, and maintaining high-quality partner interactions. The role requires a blend of sales acumen, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to effectively support and grow Acronis's partner network.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Connect with Acronis breadth partners and PayG partners using approved tools, including but not limited to Avaya, Zoom, Outlook, and Gainsight
  • Put maximum efforts to avoid churn and retain partners
  • Cooperate with related departments at Acronis: Solution Engineers, Support, Sales Enablement, Product Management, etc.
  • Document all activities in Salesforce
  • Understand and effectively communicate Acronis brand messages to prospects
  • Understand key competitors and effectively communicate Acronis product/solution differentiators
  • Receive coaching feedback and participate in individual coaching sessions
  • Pass obligatory quarterly upskill training sessions

Ensure breadth partners and PayG partners are engaged with Acronis, including

  • Backing up customer's or their own data
  • Consuming services on or above their monthly commitment
  • Protecting workloads and adding new ones
  • Passing certifications
  • Logging into the Management Console, Partner Portal, and Academy
  • Answer incoming chats and assigned cases

Provide partners with guidance on

  • Using Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud services
  • Configuring protection
  • Adding customers
  • Adding Advanced Packs
  • Managing quotas
  • Answering billing and licensing questions
  • Compliance requests
  • Partner Program and certifications
  • Upgrades/Downgrades/Cancelation/Sign-ups
  • Drive partner engagement and satisfaction throughout the entire partner lifecycle
  • Be creative and curious – qualify partner based on their current consumption, current and past chats, offer relevant services for an upsell opportunities.
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask, working on 2-3 chats simultaneously, while following up on dozens of opportunities weekly

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Good understanding of the Service Provider business model, proficiency in Cloud SaaS: Cyber Security, Data Protection, RMM/PSA
  • Sales aptitude with a focus on identifying and pursuing upsell opportunities
  • Ability to multitask efficiently, managing multiple chats simultaneously while following up on numerous opportunities
  • Creative problem-solving skills to qualify partners based on consumption patterns and chat history
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for accurate documentation of all partner interactions
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to partners of varying expertise levels
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on maintaining politeness and helpfulness in all interactions
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Resilience and persistence in partner engagement and retention efforts
  • Analytical skills to interpret partner data and tailor engagement strategies accordingly
  • Fluent in English and Spanish/Portuguese
