ROLE OVERVIEW
The TMS Technician works in a high energy and fast-paced medical office setting, the candidate must possess a friendly, outgoing attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Essential duties include coordination & scheduling of all TMS services, answering prospective patient inquiries, initial patient consultations, ensuring timely completion and submission of all required documentation, serving as liaison and representative.

PAY
$17.25hr-$18.25hr

SCHEDULE
M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
·       Answer multiple phone lines and respond to email inquiries from prospective TMS patients
·       Book, schedule, and perform reminder calls for TMS patient appointments
·       Document TMS patient treatment history, vital signs, and allergies/contraindications as needed
·       Other tasks as assigned

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
·       High school diploma or equivalent
·       2+ year of experience in a medical office environment
·       Ability to work independently and as a team member
·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
·       Strong organizational and follow through skills and attention to detail
·       Ability to multi-task
·       Proficient knowledge of medical terminology
·       Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
