Sollis Health is approaching a major growth year, anticipating the opening of several new centers in both existing and new markets. As a result, our Marketing Team is growing: we are looking for a brand marketing manager with experience in both events and partnerships marketing to support new market launches and product campaigns. 

This person should be passionate and strategic and will support our VP, Brand and Product Marketing to concept, manage and execute brand marketing initiatives across the organization. In addition to creating new opportunities for Sollis to clarify our brand ‘in the wild,’ and drive brand awareness, this person will be a key execution point for brand marketing initiatives.  

Hybrid position in LA HQ 2 days/week 

Responsibilities:  

  • Bring Sollis Health brand to life through experiential marketing function 
  • Drive qualified lead generation across markets through key brand partnerships, events, sponsorship, activations and more 
  • Design and own brand marketing partnership opportunities 
  • Support the brand marketing function with results reporting on key KPIs to then inform most efficient and successful ways to drive brand awareness in each of our market 
  • Support our go-to-market playbook for each center opening, crystalizing regional brand marketing strategies and executing on launch (awareness and traffic-driving) initiatives in partnership with VP  
  • Support strategy and execution of talent and influencer marketing engine in partnership with social agency and/or in-house strategist 
  • Support omnichannel go-to-market planning and execution  
  • Own budget and expense management against brand marketing initiatives 
  • Plan and attend marketing events 
  • Perform related duties as requested  

 

Experience  
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field 
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of brand marketing experience, preferably at a membership-based B2C brand 
  • Experience in brand partnerships and experiential marketing desired, with a rolodex of brand contacts 
  • Excellent organizational skills; proven track record of multitasking various projects ideation through completion 
  • Ability to work within fast growing environment as a great teammate and work independently meeting deadlines with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication including great negotiation skills 
  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • Not afraid to get in the weeds and eager to join a fast-growing team at the ground floor 

 Comp & Benefits:  

Range: $100,000-$130,000 per year 

This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in Los Angeles. Sollis Health is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location. Actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
