Position Summary:

The Inventory Coordinator will oversee all projects within the Finished Goods Warehouse. The coordinator will be responsible for PD and Manufacturing communications. This position will also continue to perform all standard warehouse functions. These functions include picking and putting away Finished Goods.

Essential Functions:

  • Prioritize requests from the manufacturing team for items to be sent out for sterilization.

    • Initiate, pull, and control all Shelf-to-Raw Materials transactions.

    • Communicate with Purchasing/Sterile Manufacturing Team.

  • Execute projects given by the Inventory Manager

    • Project priorities are based on the current 4-Blockers

  • Oversee all PD requests

    • Initiate, pull, and control all items to be sent to Quarantine for rework purposes.

    • Communicate with the Receiving group and Product Development group for timelines, items, and transactions.

  • Inventory Inbox

    • Oversee the department's shared Inventory Inbox and delegate functions as necessary, as needed in the absence of the supervisor.

  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies

  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role

  • Represents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a Finished Goods Warehouse environment in a related area preferred

  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Experience using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners helpful. 

  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance

  • Incumbents are required to work cooperatively and productively with others

  • Must be able to multi-task and rotate through all jobs performed in the assigned work group as needed

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Self-starter

  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
