What is the role?

We are seeking a Sales & Implementation Manager to join our team. As the first sales role at Splore, this position offers a unique opportunity to not only manage the implementation of solutions for new clients but also to build and shape the entire sales department from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in converting prospects into satisfied customers and ensuring their long-term success. 

  • Pioneer Sales Initiatives: Take the lead in establishing Splore’s sales function, developing processes, strategies, and best practices that will lay the foundation for future growth. 
  • Client Onboarding: Collaborate with new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process, translating their needs into customized solutions using Splore’s platform. 
  • Implementation Management: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Splore’s solutions, ensuring that client expectations are met and that the process is seamless. 
  • Solution Delivery: Spend time with clients to deeply understand their challenges, translating these into tailored solutions that Splore can deliver. 
  • Account Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and the successful delivery of services. 
  • Department Development: Contribute to building and scaling the sales department, crafting the strategies and tools necessary for future team members. 
  • Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities for expanding the scope of services provided to clients and work collaboratively with internal teams to capitalize on these opportunities. 
  • Consultative Sales: Craft compelling proposals, provide expert consultation during the sales process, and ensure that client needs are effectively met through our platform.

    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
