Job Responsibilities:

Punta  de lanza en la Transformación Digital de la compañía implementando soluciones de TI que estarán enfocadas a la Digitalización y mejora de Procesos, tanto Administrativos como de Piso de producción,  maximizando las funcionalidades del sistema MES  y aplicaciones integradas con SAP,  para adaptarlas a las necesidades y objetivos del Negocio. 

Generar aplicaciones, páginas Web, interfaces y reportes que generen información relevante y en el momento adecuado, para proporcionar ventajas competitivas a la alta Dirección.

Evaluar el rendimiento de las aplicaciones desarrolladas en la empresa. Tanto el buen uso por parte de los usuarios, como la efectividad de las soluciones implementadas.

Cumplir los requerimientos de Auditoria SOX y otros aplicables.

Competencias Especificas:

  • Ser capaz de diseñar, programar e implementar soluciones de IT que  eficienticen los procesos.
  • Procesos de Cadena de Suministro para poder interpretar las necesidades del negocio y transferirlas a un nuevo sistema.

EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN: Licenciatura / Ingeniería

FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA: Mínima de 4 años en la Industria Automotriz en puesto similar

Full Stack Developer

  • Análisis, diseño e implementación de soluciones Digitales
  • Experiencia con Arquitecturas escalables
  • Metodología Scrum
  • Crear APIs y servicios con Node.js/Express, Python
  • .Net C# para aplicaciones de escritorio e integraciones con SAP y PLC
  • Desarrollar backend & frontends con .Net, React y/o Angular, 
  • Modelar/analizar datos (bases de datos SQL) con Herramientas de Análisis de Datos, PowerBI, Qlickview, Quicksight o similares
  • Construir apps empresariales rápidas en Power Apps,
  • Orquestar procesos con Power Automate,
  • Empaquetar/desplegar con Docker y buenas prácticas de DevOps básicas,
  • Conectar todo con seguridad, gobernanza y mantenimiento.
  • Preferentemente conocimiento en soluciones con Machine Learning y AI
  • Interactuar con los sistemas Mayores de la Empresa tales como el ERP (SAP), Payroll, MES, interfaces y datos generados por elementos de Industria 4.0. tales como PLC, sensores, robots, maquinas en General.
  • Experiencia implementando soluciones en la nube y on-premise
  • Preferente experiencia con  Shop Floor Data Collection y Barcode.
