Job Description
What is the opportunity?
The Senior Manager, Employee Relations Strategy and Programs is a key member of the Employee Relations Governance (ER) team. In this role, you will take your experience in providing advice on employment related matters and apply your subject-matter expertise to address employment risks at scale by working with a broad set of stakeholders, including members of Employee Relations, Human Resources, and other RBC teams.
You will support the planning and development of Employee Relations initiatives and programs to address ER priorities, and serve as a subject-matter expert on enterprise initiatives requiring ER strategy and insights. You will also perform a critical role in developing and maintaining ER knowledge management content to consistently fulfill ER’s mandate of providing advice globally, all while taking into account the employee experience.
