Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for our manufacturing facility to develop and implement HR policies that enhance employee engagement, performance, and compliance. The role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture, managing talent development, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. This position offers the opportunity to drive impactful HR initiatives and support organizational changes while collaborating closely with leadership and employees.

What You’ll Do:

  • Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives
  • Oversee performance reviews and development programs to drive employee growth and productivity
  • Align HR strategies with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices

You should apply if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR management with at least 4 years in the manufacturing sector
  • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
