The Learning Administration Support Team Leader manages the team administering the support for the GE learning ecosystem, responsible for the quality of work that is required to optimize the ecosystem, reduce costs, and provide the desired business outcomes. They are responsible for the development of skills of the team accurately align to projects and daily queue work.

The Learning Administration Support Team Leader manages the team administering the support for the GE learning ecosystem, responsible for the quality of work that is required to optimize the ecosystem, reduce costs, and provide the desired business outcomes. They are responsible for the development of skills of the team accurately align to projects and daily queue work.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Senior HR Lead with workforce planning strategy for staffing team including required skills & staffing volumes for workstreams
  • Conducts operational needs assessment for new business initiatives and learning rollouts
  • Partners with wider teams for process simplification and transformation
  • Leads and develops the operational processes to utilize learning technology to its best effect
  • Identifies resource competencies to execute administrative and transformative work across the team
  • Directly manages the learning operations admins and specialists
  • Oversees new employee onboarding and supports the Senior HR lead with coaching and mentoring staff to further their careers.
  • Empowers employees to take responsibility for their jobs and priorities. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.
  • Conducts audits against governance adherence and business outcomes in system
  • Fosters a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, supportiveness, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the department to succeed.
  • Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and priority accomplishment.
  • Maintains priority setting and tracking with the team and conducts mid-year and end of year reviews
  • Supports the Senior Leadership Team with compensation and benefits reviews

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years Developing and maintains critical KPIs providing performance data into operational review meetings
  • Minimum 3 years Using data to determine process improvements
  • Minimum 3 years Determining appropriate resource alignment in collaboration with learning operations leaders to identify upcoming skill requirements and total resources needed
  • Minimum 3 years Creating all training for learning administrators and supports the team with updates standard work reference materials and learner facing support articles

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $92,900.00 and $154,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
