What you'll do...
This position is responsible for the management of labor standards within one or more store departments. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Talent: Serves as the onsite lead for IEs when Senior Managers are not present supporting with technical information and guidance. Supports Senior Managers by providing insightful feedback to coworkers when needed. Demonstrates business understanding enough to prioritize important tasks in all project work.
Adaptability: Quickly Adapt : Demonstrates creativity and strength in the face of change, obstacles, and adversity. Adapts to competing demands and shifting priorities. Promotes and supports associate efforts to exceed customer/member expectations. Informs associates on how to identify and locate resources to meet the diverse needs of customers/members.

Traveling is necessary to perform one or more essential functions of this position. Estimated 50% of time spent in the field, local and non-local stores depending on projects and department of focus.
Travels domestically to and from multiple facilities or work-sites during the workday.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$139,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
