Benefits and Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $15 - $17.25 per hour, plus quarterly bonus potential!
Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you’ll do:
Groundskeepers possess a friendly demeanor, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn. As a Groundskeeper, you will join one of our exceptional property management teams to deliver outstanding service to our residents. You will collaborate closely with your team members to identify and address maintenance and grounds-related issues. You will build strong relationships with residents, fostering trust and making our community feel like home:

Requirements:
General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.
