Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development practices with overarching business goals, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintain high performance, and adhere to established quality standards. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a cohesive technical vision and to address challenges proactively is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to improve software development processes and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Camunda BPM.
- Strong knowledge of business process management principles and workflow automation.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to lead and coordinate software development teams effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of Camunda BPM with various enterprise systems and technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Camunda BPM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
