As a member of the HR Vendor Management team, you will be responsible for independently driving vendor risk initiatives supporting Enterprise HR. This role will have a strategic focus with vendor risk, compliance, analytics and other HR Vendor Management related initiatives for the HR vendor portfolio. You will collaborate with our HR Vendor Managers, HR Business partners, CST, HR Risk, VROCOE, ISO, ECS, and other key partners to support goals and initiatives, while partnering with Vendor Managers to hold our external vendors accountable through Risk oversight. By accomplishing the above, you will improve risk-based decision making for our portfolio of supported vendors and improve the strategic role of our centralized team.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
