If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let’s build what’s next, together.

What this role is all about

As a Sales Team Lead (Squad Lead), you will lead a cross-functional squad focused on delivering strong business outcomes and achieving ambitious financial targets. You will act as the key connection point between sales teams, supporting functions, and leadership, ensuring alignment, focus, and execution in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, requiring you to coach teams, remove blockers, optimize processes, and actively contribute to squad success. You will work closely with customer segment leads, Go To Market Managers, and other stakeholders to drive growth, improve performance, and create impact across the region.

What you’ll do

  • Develop short-term and long-term squad strategies, goals, and initiatives together with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Break down strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and achievable milestones through sprint planning and Agile execution
  • Drive achievement of financial KPIs by proactively identifying and removing sales and operational roadblocks
  • Own squad pipeline management and support vertical and segment growth initiatives
  • Lead sprint planning, daily coordination activities, and execution in line with Agile ways of working
  • Act as a hands-on coach by supporting workload distribution, motivating team members, and strengthening sales execution
  • Hold squad members accountable for targets, performance, and delivery standards through continuous feedback and alignment
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the squad and supporting functions such as legal, finance, and other operational teams
  • Support customer meetings, escalations, segmentation activities, and day-to-day squad deliverables when needed

What makes you a strong fit

  • At least 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles within a target-driven environment
  • Proven experience owning and driving financial or commercial KPIs, including at least 2 years in a leadership or target-accountable role
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, pipeline management, and revenue growth strategies
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and align teams around shared business goals
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and cadence management
  • Strong coaching, motivational, and performance management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate customer escalations and operational challenges
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • Experience working with enterprise customers or within regional sales organizations
  • Background in telecommunications, SaaS, CPaaS, or technology-driven industries
  • Experience collaborating with legal, finance, and other deal-supporting teams in complex sales environments
